The mission of the Empire Chamber Orchestra (ECO) is to provide opportunities for young Professional Musicians in the NYC Metropolitan area to make music on the highest artistic level, performing masterpieces of the great composers, introducing works by contemporary composers and featuring young gifted artists, while giving back to the community.
